Enjoy an elephant ride to the Amber Fort and make a visit to Chokhi Dhani, an artificial (themed) village. Next, drive to Agra to see the world's most popular tourist attraction – the Taj Mahal. Also visit the 'Ghost Town' of Fatehpur Sikri, built by Mughal emperor Akbar, before heading to Varanasi. In this temple town, you'll visit multiple ghats, filled with devotees, along the Ganges. Be witness to 'Aarti', performed in the evening at the Ganges ghats. Travel back to Delhi so that you can catch a flight back home, with unforgettable memories.

Day 01: Arrive - Delhi
We welcome you to Delhi, the capital city of India and meet our representative who will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with the pla card of your name. He will assist you to your car and transfer you to your comfortable hotel booked for your stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi
While you have your breakfast at the hotel, your guide will be waiting for you at the lobby. After breakfast, meet the guide and we will then proceed for touring New and Old Delhi where you can see the architectural excellence of Mughals and Britishers. Starting with the visit to Qutab Minar – the tallest minar in India and a fine example of Persian architecture, from here visit Humayun's Tomb to see the beautiful architecture designed by Hamina Banu Begam in 15th century (widow of Emperor Humayun). From here, we head towards the Old Delhi, where we drive through the red stone made Red Fort. Next on the tour is the Raj Ghat - The place where Indian National Leader, Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Old part of the Delhi is influenced by the Mughal time architecture; there one can see the influence of Mughal architecture in monuments, temples, markets and buildings. Visit the Jama Masjid – one of the largest Mosques made in 16 century by Shah Jahan. Next, we enjoy the unique experience of riding rickshaw at the oldest market – Chandni Chowk (Moonlight square) in Delhi. Here, you can see a culture representing different caste of people – shopping, bargaining, eating, etc. If your stomach allows, you can also taste the local food here. After spending time at Old Delhi, continue our drive through stately government buildings including the India Gate, Parliament buildings and the huge Palace of the President of India.
Day 03: Delhi To Jaipur
Today after a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, we will head towards our next destination – Jaipur, the royal pink capital of Rajasthan rich in culture, ethnicity, heritage, architecture, colors, art, jewellery, semi precious stones. Jaipur has a lot to offer. Once you reach the city, check into your hotel. Rest and relax in the afternoon, and in the evening, we will dress up to visit the artificial village – Chokhi Dhani, where we will explore the activities like cultural dance, puppet shiw, snake charmer, camel and elephant ride, and, enjoy the Rajasthani ethnic dinner.
Day 04: Excursion To Amer Fort
Today we will wake up bit early in the morning, have breakfast at the hotel, and meet our guide at the hotel lobby. From here we enjoy our ride to Amber Fort, once of the most primitive location of Jaipur. Our guide will explain you about the locals while driving. On reaching at the Fort, we will ride on Elephants back, which will take us to the entrances of the fort, where our guide will be waiting for us. Start exploring the fort, still offers a fascinating insight into the lifestyle of the royal family of Jaipur who lived here.
After exploring the Fort, we will drive towards the city, where we will stop for lunch at the local restaurant in Jaipur. Continue sightseeing and visit the City Palace museum, where the artefacts of the royal family are kept, some portion of the palace is converted into museum and some is still a resident of royal family. Head towards see the Hawa Mahal, also called palace of winds, with a large number of windows, showing the colourful streets and bazaars of the Jaipur. Lastly visit the Jantar Mantar – built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh II, to see the astronomical moments.
Evening, you can sit in some local restaurants for wine and dinner, which also provides the puppet dance and cultural dance performances.
Night stay is at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
Following a leisurely breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we will drive to Agra, once a city of Mughal Emperors, Enroute we will stop at Fatehpur Sikri – the deserted city built by Emperor Akbar as his capital, but abandoned due to scarcity of water.
From here we will continue our drive to Agra, where once you reach; Max Holiday representative will assist you to check in at your hotel.
Rest and relax at the hotel and in evening leave the hotel to explore the Taj Mahal at the time of sunset. (optional)
Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Agra – Varanasi (Overnight Train)
Today wake up early morning before breakfast, have a tea / coffee and cookies at the hotel, and drive to explore the much awaited monument of Taj Mahal. Once we reach at the parking, we will hop into the decorated Tonga (horse or camel cart), which will take us to the entry gate of the Taj. Here we will start exploring the Taj on foot. Taj Mahal is the most beautiful monument representing a love of Shah Jahan to his wife Mumtaz.
After exploring the Taj, head towards hotel, to have breakfast.
Following breakfast, we will head towards another important monument Agra Fort, which echos the Mughal and Hindu architecture. The fort built with all the red sandstone is located right on the Yamuna bank. Here the Shah Jahan – who built the Taj, was kept under the prison by his son Aurangzeb.
From here visit Itmad Ud Daulah, also known as baby Taj, entirely built with white marble, reflecting the Persian architect.
Late afternoon is at leisure to see the local marble factories.
Evening transfer to the Agra train station to board your overnight train to Varanasi in an air conditioned sleeping class cabin. Overnight aboard the sleeper AC train.
Attention : It is advisable to carry enough drinking water bottles and eatable or packed dinner with you for the journey. The food and water available on board and on the platforms may not be hygienic and fit to your taste.
Day 07: Arrival – Varanasi
On arrival at the Varanasi train station (Mughal Sarai Junction), you will be met by our representative, who will assist you to your hotel, and provide you a smooth check in.
Morning is at leisure to rest and recover from your night journey. After rest and relaxation, explore the streets of the Varanasi and enjoy the local delicacies.
Later enjoy guided excursion tour of Sarnath - sacred place for Buddhist, where Buddha gave his first Sermon in 590 B.C. Here enjoy a guided walk to visit a ruin of once flourishing Hindu temples of Varanasi Buddhist monastery and then visit a fine Museum which still has an excellent collection of Buddhist art and sculptures found.
Evening we will drive to the ghats of Varanasi, where we will enjoy the aarti taking place at the Dashashwamedh Ghat. See the young priests enchanting the mantras to the holy river Ganga, with large flaming lamps. The whole area of the ghat lit up with the light of lamp. Don't miss to charge your cameras, there is a lot to lock in the camera.
Evening transfer to the hotel for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: Varanasi - Delhi (By Flight) – Departure
Today, we will wake up early in the morning, to experience the boat ride at the Ganges of Ganga, where you will see the people performing rituals of with the dead bodies, and burning them. After boat ride, depart at the Ghat and explore Hindu temples and streets of the Varanasi. Reach hotel for breakfast and leave for city sightseeing, visit Hindu Beneras University.
Following sightseeing, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Delhi to connect your onward flight.
